Challenge:
Lenox hoped to launch a major new Christmas promotion — Lenox's 12 Days of Christmas. The promotion would offer one dramatically discounted product offer each day for twelve.
Solution:
Working with marketing team, developed a promotional strategy that encompassed email, sitewide promotion, affiliate and paid search marketing. Developed a carefully considered online experience that promoted each day's product, generated a sense of urgency and provided alternate product selections in the case of an item selling out.
The first day's promotion sold out within hours of launch as did several subsequent offers. In total, the promotion generated over $400,000 in sales in twelve days, increased site visits dramatically and exceeded expectations.
